Natural Rubber Paint

Most products referred to as ‘rubber paint’ contain petroleum based chemicals such as acrylic and no – or only a small amount of – natural rubber.

Theptex developed a natural latex formulation for (screen) printing that replicates the results of petroleum-based inks but without the toxic side effects on the environment.

In combination with natural pigment/dyes, it can help move the printing and garment industry towards greater sustainability.
